Job Description
- Produce, develop and implement strategic planning to achieve sales target and expanding the online sales area
- Driving the sales performance of online channel
- Leading Online Sales & Customer service team
- Design standard operation and knowledge base to ensure the team has high product knowledge and able to provide excellent customer experience
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure the prompt solution for each customer enquiries.
- Deliver outstanding customer experience at all times by supervising team daily operations
Minimum Qualifications
- Male / Female
- Minimum Bachelor degree. Preferably from a top university.
- Minimum 3 years experience on leading a high performance team in related fields. Preferably has experience in retail or managing store (groceries / fresh produce).
- High empathy and service oriented, Having a “people-first” attitude.
- Fluent in english both written and speaker
- Excellent communication skills (structure and persuasive), high attention to detail, Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
