As Sales Director, you are expected to attain…
- Sales revenue and pipeline management: Achieve and exceed monthly sales target as stated by the Company. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales target.
- Team management: Recruit, train, and develop sales team members.
- Learning and Development: Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Regular visits: Conduct site viewing/tripping on a regular basis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed a 4-year college course.
- Registered salesperson under the real estate board is a must.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage.
- We're looking for people with great leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal oriented, can effectively train, coach, equip, motivate, supervise sales people.
- Good platform / presentation and closing skills.
- With a minimum of 4-year sales and training experience and proven track record.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
