Job Description

  1. Coordinates with suppliers
  2. Create reports
  3. Assist on company projects (such as events, promos and etc.)
  4. Setting up and maintaining detailed files
  5. Conducts Recruitment (End to end process)
  6. Has knowledge with Compensation and benefits
  7. Provides assistance to operations when needed
  8. And other ad hoc task that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any course (preferably Hospitality Course)
  • College level with work experience
  • Experienced with beauty and wellness industry or in Retail, is a plus but not required
  • With pleasing personality
  • Proficient in power point, Word and Excel
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Can handle pressure
  • Can work without supervision
  • Willing to work with foreigners/Expats
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
