Job Description
- Building rapport with the client through regular communication.
- Has Confidence to do outbound calls.
- Understanding the principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- To translate technical requirements to the business needs of customers.
- Make sure that all intereactions with clients are conducted with professionalism, courtesy, and good services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Open to college graduates, college undergraduates and associate degree graduates
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to translate technical requirements to business needs of customer.
- With or without working experience.
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule.
- Amenable to work on-site.
