Job Description
- Implement all rules, regulations, and policies of the company
- Issue disciplinary action to personnel breaking the above, in close coordination with the Head Office.
- Recommend policies to management that might improve the existing ones and disseminate new company policies and information
- · Ensure submission of all pre-employment requirements such as NBI clearance, Police Clearance, Barangay Clearance, SSS No., TIN, HDMF No., BIR No., Medical Certificate, and Certificate of Employment prior to onboarding.
- Prepare Employment Contract and Supplemental Contract for terminated employees.
- Prepare and submit DOLE Termination Report for all resigned/terminated employees in the assigned site/s.
- Prepare Daily Manpower Report or any report needed by the management from time to time.
- Give constant manpower/human resources feed back to the Personnel & Admin./ Manager on the developments and concerns of the company and the steps taken, if any.
- Facilitate the renewal of Business, Sanitary, Environment, Electrical, and Fire Permits needed by the company.
- Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2 years experience as HR staff
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer literate.
- Strictly with complete requirements such as updated NBI, Police , Brgy. Clearance, TOR/Diploma, SSS Static Certificate, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig,TIN NO./ID etc.
