Job Description
Will be in charge of the unit's client and applicant onboarding-related administrative matters such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Validating documents to ensure accuracy and completion
- Submitting documents per client requests within the day (via e-mail or through office)
- Submitting application documents for applicants
- Coordinating with other staff and department for admin matters
- Updating data on a regular basis for managers' monitoring
- Printing and filing of documents
- Other administrative matters
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Educational Attainment: Senior High School Graduate / Graduating
- Preferrably residing in / near Makati / BGC, Taguig
For OJTs / Interns: if performance is outstanding, s/he will be employed full-time after the internship period.
- Proficient with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.
- Knows how to use Canva for basic editing (plus points if can design as well when needed)
- With laptop
- Fast-learner and coachable
- Hybrid set-up: willing to work in the Makati office 3-4 times a week
