Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors and customers in a courteous and well mannered way
- Build and maintain strong and profitable relationship with customers and potential customers
- Answer customers’ questions in a prompt and effective manner
- Assist customers to resolve their complaints, as well as assist them in getting desired services quickly
- Inform customers and potential customers of new or existing products that they may like to try out
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess good communication skills, especially for listening
- Must have good interpersonal skills to enable an easy flow of customers at all times
- Able to multi-task and manage time properly and effectively
- Able to adapt to different situations and individuals
- Ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks or assignments
- With or without experience
- High School graduate, College Undergraduate / Graduate, Vocational courses welcome to apply
