Training Officer  

The Training Manager is responsible for providing support to the Management and all employees for the training needs, overseeing its implementation, and assessing its outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
2. Develops training and development programs and objectives.
3. Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
4. Trains and coaches’ managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
5. Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
6. Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
7. Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
8. Modifies programs as needed.
9. Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
10. Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the employees.
11. Identifies and assesses future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with the Site Owners

1. Graduate of any 4-year course or relevant field
2. At least 2 to 3 years of experience
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong presentation skills.
5. Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
6. Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
7. Ability to design and implement effective training and development
8. Willing to relocate to other working sites.
