Job Description
- Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly
- Conduct market research, gather & analyze consumer & behavioral data and identify new revenue generating opportunities
- Create reports on marketing metrics & results for current and past campaigns (i.e. conversion rates)
- Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and other PR initiatives
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
Minimum Qualifications
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1-2 year experience as a Marketing professional
- Based in the Philippines with the ability to work in a Virtual and / or Hybrid Environment
- Familiarity B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Experience running FB / Google / LinkedIn ads is a plus
- Experience in PR, Email Marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with various marketing tools such as CleverTap (or similar) and Ads Manager is required
- Good verbal and written communication skill - English & Tagalog
- Enjoy challenges and remain flexible in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly.
- Analytical and comfortable with data is a must, Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous
