Training Supervisor  

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and evaluation of management training initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provides leadership and direction to staff involved in developing and delivering training content, fostering a culture of continous learning and development.
• Monitor the progress and performance of trainees, providing feedback, coaching and support as needed to facilitate skill enhancement.
• Analyze training data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of training programs, identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
• Collaborate with senior management to communicate training outcomes and recommened strategic initiatives to support talent development.
• Ensure that company's workforce remains skilled, competent, and equipped to meet the challenges of our dynamic business environment.
• Assess the performance of external training providers to ensure the quality and effectiveness of training programs delivered to our organization.
• Overseeing the implementation of the established annual training plan.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive framework of KPI's aligned with organizational goals, departmental objectives, and individual performance targets.
• Lead the training needs analysis process for each department, collaborating with department heads, supervisors, and key stakeholders to identify current and future training requirements.

• Experience in delivering training sessions and workshops
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resource Management , Behavioral Science or related field
