Job Description

Client Partners are responsible for fully diagnosing clients’ needs and determining whether FranklinCovey solutions can meet those needs. They work directly with clients to understand their goals and offer jobs-to-be-done to help them succeed.


  • Generate high-quality leads and handle inbound leads from marketing campaigns
  • Build a robust sales pipeline and create an accurate sales forecast
  • Prepare effective business proposals and drive opportunities to closure
  • Develop good, long-term customer relationships on existing accounts as well as prospecting clients
  • Diagnose and assess client needs. Prescribe, design, and implement strategic interventions using the full range of existing or custom Franklin Covey content including its subscription service
  • Ensure an updated CRM (Salesforce) database

Minimum Qualifications

The Center for Leadership and Change, Inc. (FranklinCovey Philippines) is looking for Client Partners (Sales Account Executives). Successful candidates must be persuasive and able to build rapport with clients. Client Partners should be adept at consultative selling and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.


  • Experience in consultative selling, prospecting, and business-to-business contracting
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; adapt well to change
  • Proactive self-starter with a successful track record
  • 7 to 8 years of Sales and Marketing experience
  • Preferably from Mindanao
