Finance Supervisor  

Ensures that all confidential information is secured and only disclosed in accordance with Company policies.

Ensures timely and accurate periodic financial analysis for monitoring and control purposes.

Creates and reviews the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems.

Prepares reports of findings, outlining discrepancies and recommending corrective/preventive action and suggesting changes to procedures.

Prepares financial adhoc reports as may be assigned by the Superiors.

Implements accounting policies and procedures and ensures that internal controls are met.

Operates on Acumatica System and ensures that all transaction is being encoded on real time.

Supports monthly and annual close processes.

Ensures Assets movements are accounted and timely recorded in the system.

Reconciles GL accounts and prepares journal entries if needed.

Provide monthly balance sheet schedules as support to the financial statements

Performs other necessary functions related to the assigned work and as delegated by the Superiors.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or accounting technology, Preferably CPA
