Job Description
Position Summary:
This position will act as an interface between field operations & bank customer service request, which includes tasks that are not limited to; capturing, recording, and updating of salesforce for all the maintenance activities performed on site.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Records, tracks, and updates service request in timely and efficient manner.
- Updates salesforce database from time to time.
- Facilitates processing of quotation.
- Receives calls from bank and field personnel.
- Extracts and generates service request reports.
Minimum Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business related courses.
- Computer literate and must have at least basic knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably with at least 6 months of work experience in customer service.
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong City.
Competency Requirements:
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Technically knowledgeable in facilities maintenance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced work environment.

FMIDC’s Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (CPM) Program currently maintains more than 6,000 cell sites of the country’s top three major telecoms companies. In 2009, our Service Department expanded its scope and now includes Telecommunication Works and Site Audit of the transmission system and repair of microwave, thru SEL TELECOM

To date, the company has supplied and commissioned more than 3,000 units of ASCO Power Transfer Switches, some packaged with FG Wilson Generator Sets, and more than 10,000 units of ASCO Transient Voltage Surge Suppressors.
