The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code.
• Gathering and evaluating user feedback.
• Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver winning products.
• Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
• Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.

Ideal Candidate

• Advanced programming skills in Object-Oriented Python Development.
• Basic SQL skills (PostgreSQL).
• 2+ years + as a web developer.
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
• Understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, Mercurial or SVN).
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Basic analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in working for a Fintech industry is an advantage.
