Job Description

You will be assisting Senior Legal Manager to provide legal support and manage the legal risk across the business and commercial teams of the Company and also ensure that the processes, documents and agreements are in accordance to the prevailing laws. The responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Supporting the relevant stakeholders with legal assistance by drafting and promptly reviewing all contracts and/or legal documents entered by the Company, related to the businesses and products of the Company, as well as third party vendors.
  • Providing legal advice to the relevant stakeholders on various legal issues and regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying legal risks and mitigate such risks in the process of new business/project development, as well as day to day legal review.
  • Ensure the compliance with laws and regulations, specifically but not limited to BI and OJK, of the commercial agreements, business processes and company administration.
  • Maintaining and updating Company’s template agreement, as requested by the relevant stakeholders from time to time, in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations.
  • Providing legal support in a range of legal matters, including legal administrative filling, submission and/or reporting of legal data.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Law bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

  • 5 years minimum working experiences in tech and financial industry, having experience in law firm will be an advantage.

  • Having good collaboration, building relationship, negotiation, problem-solving skills, and communication skill with proficient English both speaking & writing.

  • Comfortable working and able to manage workload in fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of financial institutions and regulations, including multifinance, peer to peer lending, and banking products.
