The Foundation for Enterprise Management Innovations, Incorporated or FEMI,Inc. is an NGO that advocates in growing and sustaining local enterprises here in the Philippines. They seek to support, generate and sustain rural jobs, increase the income of people in the provinces and boost the growth of local businesses in the country. The company only extends its operations to the “Missing Middle”. FEMI emphasizes on the practice of "lending with a heart". Its clients, which are called "benepartners" are treated as part of the family. Compared to banks and other financial institutions, FEMI requires more lenient requirements and collateral and boasts in providing support even after credit through training and consultation services.
