Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Initiate normalizing Inventory target, store allocation, transfer, inventory clearance, and inventory system upgrade with responsibility for accomplishing the best inventory by division/item/SKU in total company/Area/Store and beautiful sales floor, as a result, achieve Customer Satisfaction, Sales, and Gross profit target.
- Drawing up allocation plan based on Monthly and Weekly Hanbai-Keikaku and reflect them to store inventory system.
- Suggesting and executing measures against sales and clearance(including urgent allocation and transfer)
- Inventory Training for SV and Store Manager(Inventory-jyuku, SV training, evaluating Store Stock Guideline, etc.)
- Introducing, establishing and upgrading purchase order system with the use of iPod and iPad.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communications, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (RETAIL) is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): communication, analytical, organizational, detailed
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Merchandising or equivalent.
