Job Description
- Analyze historical and current financial data to understand the company’s financial status, Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation
- Develop predictive financial models to support organizational decision-making, Analyze processes to identify gaps that can improve profit margins
- Establish benchmarks for financial processes, Track current financial data for business development and financial modelling purposes
- Provide guidance in buying or selling stocks, making investments and generating funds, Study industry-specific research and available data to predict trends
- Create written reports that enable management teams to make strategic decisions to meet business goals, Develop forecasting tools to automate financial data analysis
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in accountancy, finance, economics or statistics (CPA will be advantage)
- Proven proficiency in spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications (including the software applications that you are currently using in your organization or plan to use in the future)
- Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles,
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience working with statistical analysis and statistical packages,
- Knowledge of corporate finance, information analysis and financial diagnosis
