- Conduct Design Engineering for projects — Residential, Commercial & Utility Scale Responsible for electrical design package ( module to AC output, wiring, modelling, electronic protection circuits, wiring, j-boxes, max voltage, panel boards, site performance, etc ) using modelling software and analysis
- Provide streamlined project information inCluding site plans, SLD, Scope of Work, detailed BOM, complete equipment specifications, interconnection details, and project Schedule
- Review the costs of structural estimates, interconnections, permitting agreements, and assessment of commercial risk factors
- Interface with Utility engineers to design the best system configuration
- Maintain awareness of new product technology and communicate pertinent development to colleagues
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Graduate of BS Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, preferably License holder
- At least 2 years of design or engineering experience related to renewable energy,
- Experience with estimating or designing electrical system is preferred
- Competence in Autocad & PVSyst is mandatory, Knowledge of PV Systems, NEC requirements, construction practices
