Job Description
The HR Compensation and Benefits Assistant shall support the Human Resources Officer and Payroll Officer in the administration of compensation and benefits programs of the company. Mainly responsible for the accurate and timely benefits administration and record keeping of both company and government mandated benefits, as well as processing and monitoring the company's payroll and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Social Science or other related fields
- At least 1-year experience in a Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, or Timekeeping
- Experience in a servicing firm or agency setting is an advantage
- Process application, enrollment, transfer of employee membership to SSS, Philhealth, and Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-Ibig)
- Process application, enrollment, transfer of employee membership to the appropriate BIR branch where the company is registered
- Manage compensation and benefits.Monitor and update list of enrolled employees under the company’s Health Card provider/s; Enroll newly regularized employees to the company list and delist the separated employees
