Digital Marketing Specialist  

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners; coordinate and/or recruit KOLs

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Qualifications:

(FMCG, Retail, Health and Wellness Industry)

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Avid Tiktok user and is familiar with the current trends
• Proficient in using Tiktok/Tiktok Shop
• Can do recruitment and reaching out to KOLs especially in Tiktok
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Experience working in Ad agencies Marketing/ PR/ TikTok Live Streaming Agency is a plus, but not required
• Familiar with FB and IG is a plus
