Job Description
Equipment Management
- Manage inventory of office supplies and office equipment, and ensure that equipment are in good working condition
- Manage preventative maintenance responsibly.
- Coordinate with IT provider and facilities departments for any issues
Office Management
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Manage safety of employees within the office by implementing policies that follow Basic Occupational Safety Guidelines
- Ensure cleanliness and maintain the upkeep of the office.
- Liaise with third-party providers for concerns such as, but not limited to, pest control, AC cleaning/maintenance, office repair, supplies request, etc.
- Manage boardroom reservation and respond to employee queries
- Act as the company's receptionist
Admin
- Manage all administrative documents (permits, contracts, certificates, etc)
- Keeps management informed by reviewing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Work with the Finance Admin in securing all documents related to Clients’ accreditation requirements
Human Resources
- Provide assistance in organizing employee engagement events and activities of the company
- Provide assistance in Government Statutory reporting
- 201 Filing
- Provide recruitment assistance from sourcing and screening candidates, to scheduling and assisting applicants during their interviews
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- At least 6months - 1 year work experience on General Admin.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willing to work in Taguig
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can start ASAP
