Job Description
Solve problems related to:
- Networking (Routing Static or Dynamic, Firewall, Filter Rules, NAT, VPN, DNS, Subneting, Load Balancing)
- Database Server (Postgresql, MySQL)
- Web Server Stack (Nginx, Apache2, Istio-ingressgateway)
- Programing Basic (Bash Scripting, PHP)
- Operating system (Linux Server & Windows Server)
- Alibaba Cloud
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
- 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
- Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Good knowledge in the operating system (Windows & Linux Server)
- Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
- Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
- Have a fast pace, good communication skill, and customer focus
