Job Description
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment
- Conducting of initial interview and endorsing screened profiles to the relevant department head
- Scheduling tests and nextlevel interviews
- Ensuring new hire contracts and paperwork are completed and processed
- Introducing new hires to the existing employees as well as the different departments in the company
- Preparing or updating employment records & 201 files related to hiring, transferring, promotion and termination
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring approval
- Manually conducts timekeeping of employees for payroll
- Ensures that the daily time records of employees are accurate without any missing details
- Ensure that all attendance and leave records are updated within 24 hours of the relevant request
- Ensure that all timeoff requests, vacations, and sick leaves are processed and tracked in adherence to company policies and procedures
- Send and update memoranda to employees and post announcements
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 6:30 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess prior experiences in the Recruitment and Timekeeping processes
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Development
