- Report to the National Sales Manager.
- Train and coach District Sales Managers (people management).
- Perform sales analysis, forecasting, root cause analysis, and sales monitoring.
- Plan and lead meetings with Distributors.
- Do contract negotiation.
- Graduate of any Business course.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in sales, preferably gained from the pharma, direct selling, or book publishing industry.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and mature.
- Willing to travel and work in South Luzon.
