The successful candidate will work on a day shift and responsible for the ff:
- Answering all types of shared services telephone inquiries
- Responding to clients’ requests
- Facilitating resolution of clients' complaints
- Providing excellent “front-line” service over the telephone
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in a call center preferably from the insurance industry
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, result - oriented, can work independently and a team player
- Willing to work the Day shift
- Willing to work in BGC
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
