Job Description
You will join our Indonesia team as a Client Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for managing overall account team performance as it relates to client service and quality control on multiple, sizable pieces of business. You will be required to understand Edelman’s various consulting processes/approaches and capabilities, including public engagement, message workshops, master narrative assignments, brand engagement and stakeholder mapping exercises and will recommend them appropriately to clients and lead teams on plan implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university, master’s degree preferred.
- At least six years of relevant experience in the communication area, coupled with a broad understanding of all facets of public relations and communication with a minimum of 2 years in managerial level.
- Intricate level of understanding of how to manage client account(s) including budget, vendors, media, outside influencers, and other third parties.
- Ability to manage large projects, as well as teams, on multiple sizable accounts with attention to detail.
- Superior written and verbal communications skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia; demonstrates ability to effectively multitask, delegate and manage assignments and accurately evaluate others’ work.
- Experience or academic background in international relations, development cooperation, C4D, investment promotion or a related fields a plus.
- Experience in grassroot campaigning or government relations are added values.
- Excellent presentation skills.
