Job Description

  • Monitoring and ensuring the continuous work flow of the department, and achieving and maintaining a balance between manpower, resources, and workload.
  • Providing feedback to Top Management with regard to the status of the department.
  • Planning and overseeing operations of the department.
  • Maintaining work systems, procedures, policies and encourage optimum performance of Virtual Assistants and other resources within the department.
  • Developing an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee retention and development and high performance.
  • Applying strategic planning to determine company and department objectives.
  • Reviewing performance data to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Preferably Graduate of any Medical Allied Course
  • At least 2 years Managerial experience
  • Computer literate
  • Above average English comprehension and communications (oral and written)
  • Knowledge in business and management principles and practices, strategic planning, office administrative procedures, and relevant software applications.
  • Able to work independently
  • Exhibits critical thinking;
  • Willing to work on Graveyard shift
