Job Description
Inventory Associate reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor and responsible for updating available inventory on the website and remote storages.
Duties and responsibilities:
Daily:
- Update stock status of items in Woocommerce platform
- Update website to include new items
- Create sales order for orders placed in designated site and Slack channel
- Verification of inbound documents versus purchase order and report any discrepancies
- Receive purchase order in the system
- Report and request items for repricing
- Document returns and/or backloads and create credit memo in the system
- Monitor inventory daily and report low inventory stock for reordering
- Doing tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Weekly: Create inventory adjustments for business subsidiary/ies
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any course, preferably related to business or equivalent
- Experience in Netsuite (ERP) and WooCommerce (Wordpress) is an advantage
- Proficient in Google Applications (Google Sheets, Google Drive etc) and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Well organized, systematic and possesses analytical skills
- Must be willing to work in Brgy. Mambugan, Antipolo
