Job Description
- Perform basic inspections on idle equipment.
- Perform basic inspections of all Palletizers, auxiliaries & equipment’s
- Handle basic maintenance repair and setting of parameters. If needed retightening and replacement/adjustment of equipment parts etc.…
- Maintain normal roto packer, bag placer, bag printer & palletizing operation by applying a corrective and preventive measures .
- Ensure that equipment and auxiliaries needed in Packing operation including bag placers and printers are available.
- Conduct assessment of Cement Palletizing activities when abnormality of operations is notice.
- Plan and strategies action plan to prolong the life of spares, prepare schedule of servicing of spouts, bag placers & printer heads.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 2 years experience in hands-on maintenance/troubleshooting in various Machineries/Equipment is preferred.
- Graduates of Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Technology
- Board and Lodging provided.
- Willing to be deployed in Plant (Brgy. Akle, San Ildefonso, Bulacan)
