The Job

• He is responsible for the planning, implementation, and output analysis of the Management Information Systems Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, project management, and implementation leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings and service quality improvement.
• Leadership for delivery of service operations and KPI compliance
• Hands-on technical depth enables direct oversight, problem-solving leadership, and participation for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades, and operational troubleshooting.
• He should also be experienced in LAN administration, IT, website development, Firewall, mail security device configuration, administering Lotus domino and systems maintenance.
• Provides performance feedback and plans for development and training.
• Manage deliverables and timeline of the team
• Must have a strong background in ERP support (SAP), application support, program automation, and database administration
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, printer support, servers, and network administration, CCTV, email distribution
• IT Infrastructure and devices i.e network, telephony, servers, personal computers, printers and all IT Related applications and tools including mobility solutions
• Direct and oversee the development and implementation of the corporate information security program including policy, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security. Information protection responsibilities include network security architecture, network access and monitoring of policies
• Lead operational security risk management activities to enhance the value of the company and brand
• Oversee IT disaster recovery activities and alignment to Business Continuity Plan
• Direct security incidents and events to protect corporate IT Assets, including intellectual property, fixed assets, and the company’s reputation
• Lead the design, planning, implementation and management of the organization’s ISO 27001:2013 compliance systems
• Manages all IT Governance, Risks and compliance related work projects with impacts to any area within the Information Technology (IT) Division.
• Lead the ISM review and internal audit processes as per compliance of data privacy act 10173
• Handles the Systems and Network Administration Team of the company primarily handling the Microsoft Exchange Server, SAP DBASE Server, Microsoft Active Directory and System Security Policies which includes Firewall and Antivirus Software Administration.

Experience:

• At least 7 years in an IT Managerial position and five (5) years’ experience in an IT Supervisory position.
• Came from Manufacturing company.
• Must have experience with key integration points of (SAP) MM, WM, SD, and FI/CO and other key SAP modules
• With in-depth industry knowledge, Client management, and business skills - operational and initiatives that could impact SAP
• Knowledgeable with SAP software, project management methodology, and SAP's functional and technical perspectives
• Strong business process orientation
• Can plan, organize and prioritize work, with the ability to multitask
• Can communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to interact effectively with internal and external users, peers, and management, to clearly and concisely communicate, to develop good working relationships and use facilitation skills
