Job Description
- Sell parts, service, labor, and maintenance packages to developers in commercial building and construction industry in a specified territory.
- Achieve targets for revenue growth and profitability.
- Maintain sound long-term relationships with customers, internal departments, and staff.
- Provide the best maintenance solutions to our customers including marketing of all products.
- Resolve customer service, product concerns, and warranty or policy issues.
- Forecast Service support sales and achieving budget revenue targets
- Maintain knowledge of customers, economic environments, construction industry, and products.
- Understand and adhere to safety policies procedures.
- Represent the company in an ethical and professional manner.
- Expand market share.
- Develop detailed product line knowledge of applications.
- Provide product demonstration and deliverables.
- Travel within assigned service support territory.
Minimum Qualifications
- A degree in Civil Engineering or any of the Engineering field is a plus.
- Experienced in the field of construction sales surrounding facade and glass works and maintenance.
- Experience in CRM and Project Management software is preferred.
- Proven knowledge in the construction industry, products, and services related.
- Working knowledge of the MS Office package with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.

- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
