- Understanding the user, needs, pain points and journey
- Develop positioning and messaging for new and existing products by understanding competitive drivers, researching market trends and feedback from other team.
- Build close relation with both customer facing and internal team.
- Manage and execute scalable system for go-to-market process.
- Work closely with product development and marketing to devise a comprehensive launching strategy
- Understanding and be the evangelist of the product.
- Manage Internal knowledge infrastructure.
- Make sure the end result meets the objective, in the most efficient way possible.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. 3 years in related position. Background as VM is a plus.
- Degree in visual communication, interior design, product design, architecture, public relation or communication.
- Have eye for details and can guide others to raise to the same level.
- Open to critics and can handle it well.
- Can work in a high paced environment
- Open to exploring new things and be flexible
- Has a structured communication and understand subtle nuances difference.
- Strong affinity with interior/ home and living industry.
