- Approach new customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy via online
- Increase sales by approaching customers who already use our service/product (repeat order)
- Evaluate customer satisfaction
- Respond quickly to the internet, phone and live chat
- Persuade and provide recommendation in order to closed sales
Minimum Qualifications
- At least Vocational Degree or still pursuing a vocational/bachelor degree in university
- Able to work with target
- Have an orientation in selling products
- Have an orientation in customer satisfaction
- Have the ability to communicate verbally and writing well
- Can join ASAP
