Job Description
- Melakukan aktivitas sales untuk penjualan properti.
- Membantu klien dalam proses jual beli dan pemilihan properti.
- Mencapai target yang sudah ditetapkan.
- Mengelola leads database yang diberikan kemudian ditindaklanjuti hingga selesai.
- Membuat laporan berkala melalui sistem.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum pendidikan SMU/SMK.
- Berpengalaman selama minimal 1 tahun sebagai sales, diutamakan pengalaman di bidang properti ataupun bidang sales lain.
- Sales-oriented dan tertarik dengan sistem gaji dan komisi (commision-based).
- Pekerja keras, senang berinteraksi dengan orang, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, dan percaya diri.
- Mau belajar, percaya akan pentingnya self-development, dan dapat bekerja independen maupun dalam tim.
- Bisa join secepatnya.
- Bersedia bekerja secara mobile & memiliki kendaraan pribadi.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Srengseng, Jakarta Barat.
