Job Description
Mission: Lead the launch and nurture the growth of an online fashion brand.
Outcomes:
- Deliver P45 million in gross sales for your categories
- Manage relationships with 50+ vendors and merchant partners. Execute the sales calendar, ensuring timely execution of sales events. > Lead product development for new designer collaborations / capsule collections
- Publish new shops & sales and handle all online content related to them, from copywriting to photography.
- Create complementary online and offline sales channels
- Ensure accurate inventory management
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience. At least 4 years experience working in a fast-paced merchandising environment, for either a retailer, boutique, or online store. BS Clothing Technology / Fashion Design / Merchandising graduates preferred.
- Efficiency. Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort
- Honesty/ Integrity. Does not cut corners ethically. Earns trust and maintains confidence. Does what is right, not what is politically expedient.
- Organization and planning. Plans, organizes, schedules and budgets in an efficient, productive manner.
- Prioritization. Focuses on the most the important problems to deliver results
- Independent and proactive. Can work without the need for daily supervision and brings new ideas and implements them.
- Persistence. Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get things done.
- Flexibility / adaptability. Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
- Work ethic. Possesses a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to get job done. Has a track record of working hard.
