As a Technical Support Representative you are in-charge of the latest in 3D Printing technology. You will have access to various 3D printers. You will be trained as a 3D Printer Specialist and help our company grow 3D printing technology in the country:
Responsibilities:
- Play around with latest 3D technology available
- CAD Design Work (Create parts that will connect to the rest of the model)
- Finishing and post-processing models
- Customer Service relationship
- After sales support
- Technical repairs and services (for training)
- Training/Teaching end-users and workshops
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fast learner
- 3D Design/CAD knowledge
