Dash10 Managed Services is looking for enthusiastic, talented, and self-driven individuals to join our team as an Admin and Telesales Specialist. The purpose of your role is to make cold calls, telesales calls, and enquiries.
- Managing the day to day tasks and hitting call targets as set.
- Keep in depth records of leads and opportunities
- Undertake projects and tasks as identified from time to time
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Telesales roles
- Has knowledge of pets and pet products is an Advantage
- Experience in a VA or customer service role is an Advantage
- Has Intermediate skills in Adobe, Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive & File Explorer
- Highly flexible & adaptable with a willingness to complete a wide range of tasks and assignments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Logical thinking and a high level of accuracy with your work
- Excellent organisational skills along with the ability to multi-task and manage a range of tasks and projects with strict deadlines.
- Accountable and trustworthy with the ability to handle highly confidential information and hold it in strict confidence.
- Strongly self-motivated with a high-level of commitment to the role.
- Courteous, positive, polite, accountable, and adaptable
- Prepared to commit to the role for the long term
The working hours are from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
