Job Description
- Network monitoring and maintenance.
- Proficiency in network hardware and software installation, configuration, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting including routers, servers, firewall, and local email systems.
- Troubleshoots basic hardware failures.
- Provides courteous and professional customer service in responding to phone requests for technical assistance from end users of DSL regarding Internet connection, email and system configuration, web loading and browsing.
- Answers general questions and provides extensive learning to end users on DSL functionality.
- Identifies, researches, and resoles customer issues using the computer system.
- Records complaints that need investigation and resolution for appropriate tracking
- Recognizes documents and alerts the TL/Supervisor of trends in customer calls.
- Receive trouble tickets
- Provides basic OS and MS Office support.
- Escalate units that are within warranty to the proper vendor.
- Monitor vendor performance and report to the client based on vendor SLA's.
- Any duty assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Vocational Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering.

Good communication skills.

College graduate is a must.

6 months experience in CSR/TSR field is PLUS
-
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
