Job Description
- Supervise BDPS Officer in the performance of duties & responsibilities
- Assists the BDPS Manager in whatever manner as instructed by BDPS Manager
- In the absence of the BDPS Manager whenever vacant or on leave he/she should perform the function of the BDPS Manager
- Accountable overall for his assigned groups sales volume, and sales collection performance of BDPSO and in the attainment of established goals, quotas and budgets
- Submits and discusses weekly Sales & Prospects Progress report to the BDPS Manager * Submits and discusses weekly Sales & Prospects report to the BDPS Manager
- Establishes and maintains rapport and good business relationships with Key and strategic clients such as Architects, Engineers, Consultant, Designers, Contractors, etc
- Develops and establishes effective geographical/area assignment and responsibilities/accountabilities of BDPS Officer assigned to him/her
Minimum Qualifications
- College degree, preferably majoring in Business Marketing, Engineering & Social Science
- At least (5) years of relevant experience in institutional/project sales, particularly in construction related durable goods, with at least (3) years experience as supervisor
- Good business contact in the area-i.e customers, business, and civic association, local government units, etc
