Job Description
Our client provides a Revenue Intelligence Software and Operations Platform to their customers. The role of a Salesforce Developer will be a member of the client's product team reporting to the VP, RevOps Strategy & Architecture.
The focus of this role will be supporting, maintaining, and reiterating the client's Salesforce Managed Package to support the application in customer environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend daily stand-up
- Commit work daily back to GitHub Repository
- Work through assigned Jira tasks assigned by the team which could include:
- QA additional team member’s work
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Know when to ask for more requirements to complete a task
- Assist with the creation of new features and functionality added to the managed package to support product enhancements within the application
- Act as a Salesforce expert when connecting with additional developers
- Formulate a release cycle to account for major Salesforce releases
- Work through getting the Salesforce Managed Package listed on Salesforce’s AppExchange.
- Tier 3 Support should the TechOps side of the business need customer assistance
- Share knowledge to the entire TechOps team and help train users on new Salesforce functionality
- Other delegated tasks from VP, RevOps Strategy & Architecture
Minimum Qualifications
Required Skills and Experiences:
- Ability to work 9 AM ET to 6 PM ET
- Fluent in English
- Has excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills
- Demonstrates integrity and authenticity
- Is action-oriented and takes initiative
- Is an adaptable team player who can juggle multiple, competing priorities
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Knowledge and understanding of business terms related to sales, marketing, technology, and finance are preferred
- 3+ Years experience coding in Apex and other SF languages in a professional capacity
- Previous experience with Salesforce ISVs strongly preferred
- Required Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Platform App Builder
- Platform Developer I
- Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Certified Javascript Developers strongly preferred
System Requirements
- At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
- A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
- Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
- A webcam
- Noise-canceling USB Headset
- Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
