Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies, frameworks, and methodologies for managing and improving organizational processes, with a specific focus on systems automation and development.
- Lead and manage process automation and development initiatives across the organization to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process automation opportunities and assess their feasibility and impact.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process maps.
- Ensure that all processes are documented accurately, clearly, and in a user-friendly manner.
- Drive the standardization of processes across departments or business units to establish consistent practices and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process standardization and develop strategies to implement standardized processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on documented processes, standard operating procedures, and process changes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in process management methodologies, and emerging technologies related to process documentation, standardization, process automation, and development
- Facilitate process mapping and reengineering sessions, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
- Provide guidance and support to process owners and stakeholders in leveraging automation technologies and tools.
- Establish and promote standardized project management methodologies, processes, and tools across the organization.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, which includes defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant Post-graduate or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology and other similar courses
- Applicants with completed post-graduate academic requirements are preferred for this role
- At least 3 years experience of relevant industry experience in the field of systems analysis, data science, organizational processes, quality assurance and project management
- General background and/or experience in the academe is an advantage for this role
- General knowledge and enthusiasm with Technology-related concepts and future developments
- Strong relationship-building and business communication skills
- Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage
- Proactive worker who can work with minimum to no supervision
