Job Description
- Provide healthcare services to students and employees
- Promote awareness to students and employees regarding the importance of disease prevention and mental health awareness
- Prevent the spread of communicable diseases
- Attend to minor ailments of students and employees.
- Refer medical emergencies of students and employees to medical facilities
- Monitor the general health and well-being of the students and employees
- Safekeep student and employee health records
- Oversee partnership with hospitals and clinics to assist the school in medical emergencies with major ailments and as required by CHED
- Identify Health Hazards (HO) and other safety protocols
- Manage employees' health and wellness activities
- Participate in initiatives that focus on student and employee well being
- Prepare regular reports for all stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in a school, organizational or community setting
- Experience in implementing programs that focus on understanding and knowledge of disease prevention and health promotion
- Experience in policy creation, design and implementation is an advantage for this role
- Experience in administrative and clerical tasks are a must for this role
- Ability to learn and utilize cloud software
- Pleasant personality and outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
- Strong networking and people management skills
- Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage
