Graduated from college

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource management, Psychology or equivalent.

• At least 4 years of working experience in the related filed is an advantage although fresh graduates are open to apply.

• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point, email management, written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills.

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, stress management skills, and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

• Has the ability to deal with all levels in the organization and to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a neutral point of view

• Applicants must be willing to work in Palanan, Makati City.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, Placement, Selection, Employee, Movements and Documentation

• Interviews job applicants, reviews applications, administer entry exams (on officers/managers), conducts interviews and makes recommendations regarding applicants qualifications.
