(CDVC) is an Insurance Commission (IC) - endorsed insurance agency and a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) - registered company which distributes traditional, variable, general, and health insurance programs offered by the leading providers in the country. CDVC started in the year 2013 as a Department of Trade Industry (DTI) - registered business under the name of VIG Enterprise offering the same services to its growing client base. In pursuit of its thrust of business expansion, CDVC moved for its incorporation in January 2015 and received its Certificate of Registration with SEC on February 13, 2015 with SEC Registration No. CS201502746 with the following officers as incorporators: 1.
