- The College program chair ensures the smooth implementation of the courses in the department;
- He/she must be able to create and improved programs for the college;
- Must be able to manage the faculty in terms of academic matters such as expertise in teaching, preparation of OBE syllabus, course outline and grades;
- Coordinate with the Dean the plans and programs of the department.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate of BS Business Management/Administration and with Doctor's degree in business/education courses
- With minimun 5 years teaching experience in college
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
