Job Description
-
Sales and Receivable Section- Responsible in handling the reporting, monitoring and recording of sales and receivanles and retention of accountable forms of related activities.
-
Costing and Importation Section- Responsible in monitoring and handling the validation of company's importation from payment requests up to shipments.
- Responsible in handling the payments processing of company's expenditures and retention of accountable forms of related activities.
- Responsible for performing accounting tasks related to Sales and A/R.
- Assist the Accounting Supervisor in the timely preparation of the monthly financial and accounting reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's College Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Must be reliable, highly analytical and possess a high sense of confidentiality
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
