Research and Data Analyst | Work From Home  

As a Research and Data Analyst, your daily tasks may include:

• Arrange, manage, maintain, and refresh and activate the client’s database
• Prepare, analyse, and summarise weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by key stakeholders, creating reports, dashboards, instructions, and flowcharts
• Conduct relevant market research and analysis from various sources, data processing and analysis and data presentation
• Clean extracted data using pre-defined guidelines or instructions
• Formats and layouts extracted data based on expected report output
• Create refined reports and documents using necessary applications such as MS Office, following company visual and branding standards
• Create high quality presentation decks and recommendations, following company visual and branding standards
• Meet deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for competing tasks including market research, analysis, report writing, quality control and final reviews
• Reports own progress to the project tracking tool
• Work closely with the Executive Reward Consultant to deliver key outcomes for the business
• Perform admin support tasks, if required
• Provide other support as necessary to give the client the headspace to make the important decisions for their businesses

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Statistics, Mathematics and other related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, Teams)

Role and Opportunity

The Research and Data Analyst will be helping the business build and maintain their database of clients. This role will also be providing key insights to the business that will enable decision making around organizational strategies. You will also provide support to data driven projects. This role is a critical function to the business in generating quality, actionable and insightful information for the stakeholders. You will be the client’s ‘engine room’. You will be responsible for trend analysis, update and presentation of data needed for creating statistical reports.
