Job Description
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
- Screen candidates' resume and job applications;
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions;
- Administer appropriate company assessments;
- Coordinate with hiring managers in the final selection process;
- Ensure compliance with all pre-employment requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least one year experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Adept in MS Office computer applications;
- Highly organized.
