Job Description
- Create a strategic plan to drive more app engagement, adoption, and retention throughout customer life cyle
- Plan and execute campaigns/ promos/ programs to drive app adoption and retention , and ensure top notch results
- Coordinate with App Product Manager, Marketing, Data Scientist, IT and other cross-functional parties to make sure that the initiatives are implementedw ith the highest quality of work
- Manage SMS/ Email/ Viber/ Push communications to users to drive more engagement and revenues from the app
- Manage Digital Channels marketing budget by running campaigns, sending targeted communications, and keeping a tracker for the used/ unused budget
- Closely monitoring the effectiveness of the initiatives through various metrics, such as but not limited to App Installs, MAU, Churn Rate, Adoption Rate, for different cohorts
- Analyze marketing data, looking for actionable insight and know-how to pivot the strategy to accomplish the goal
- Provide a comprehensive and data-driven report of Digital Channels key metrics to stakeholders
- Stay current on the latest technology / digital trend in financial industry or other digital-driven industry
- Conduct a periodic survey to understand our app user better and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Hands on experience with leading app analytic tools, such as but not limited to Google Analytics, Appsflyer, MoEngage

- A keen sense for visual & written communication. Have a good feel for what concise, catchy written communication looks like. Can tell difference between striking artwork and more-of-the-same kind of stuff
- Passion for the topic. Obsessed with getting people using our mobile app through various ways for different target segments
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, with high attention to detail. Mobilize cross-functional parties to run initiatives successfully
- Start-up zeal. High ability to roll-up the sleeves and execute
